Shipping and Delivery Policy – Verdure Lab
At Verdure Lab, our goal is to get your order into your hands as efficiently and carefully as possible. We work with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all plants and products. Our fulfillment network currently operates through the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- DHL (where available)
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing within 2–3 business days. Our daily processing window runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after 4:00 PM EST will be queued for processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees are based on order value:
- Orders up to $30.00: $9.99
- Orders $30.01 – $60.00: $15.99
- Orders $60.01 – $100.00: $20.99
- Orders $100.01 - $300.00: $39.99
- Orders $300.01 - $500.00: $49.99
- Orders $500.01 and above: $59.99
- Any applicable promotions or shipping discounts will be reflected automatically at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Your total delivery window is calculated from the time your order is placed:
- Carrier Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Estimated Total Delivery: 7–11 business days from order date.
- Please note that actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
4. Fulfillment Location
All orders are dispatched from our partner fulfillment center located at:

5. Daily Order Cut-Off
To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 4:00 PM EST. Any orders received after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
